Notice in relation to the 2025 Application for the Utilization of Foreign Investment Award Program in Shenzhen Municipality

On 26 March 2025, the Investment Promotion Bureau of Shenzhen Municipality (“the authorities”) issued the “Notice in relation to the 2025 Application for the Utilization of Foreign Investment Award Program in Shenzhen Municipality” (“the Measures”). The authorities announced a one-off incentive of RMB 5 million shall be provided for each recognized regional headquarters of foreign-funded multinational corporations in the Guangdong Province, with new actual foreign investment amounting to USD 10 million or more in 2024. The online application period is from 6 May 2025 to 6pm on 19 May 2025.
