Notice of Issuing “Several Measures for Supporting the High-quality Development of Artificial Intelligence Industry in Dongguan Municipal Binhai Bay New Area” (Bin Hai Wan Fa [2025] No. 4)

On 26 March 2025, the Dongguan Binhai Bay New Area Management Committee (“the authorities”) issued the “Notice of Issuing “Several Measures for Supporting the High-quality Development of Artificial Intelligence Industry in Dongguan Municipal Binhai Bay New Area”” (“the Measures”). The authorities announced to supporting industrial carriers in the new zone to build specialized industrial parks for artificial intelligence and robotics, and give a one-off support of up to RMB 500,000 to the operating organizations of qualified specialized industrial parks. The Notice shall be effective until 31 December 2027.
