Notice in relation to Accepting the Applications for Policy Subsidies under the “Implementation Measures for Promoting Innovation and Entrepreneurship of Hong Kong and Macao Talent in Dongguan Songshan Hu High-tech Zone”

The Management Committee of Dongguan Songshan Hu Hi-tech Development Zone (“the authorities”) issued the “Notice in relation to Accepting the Applications for Policy Subsidies under the “Implementation Measures for Promoting Innovation and Entrepreneurship of Hong Kong and Macao Talent in Dongguan Songshan Hu High-tech Zone” (“the Notice”) on 28 March 2025. The authorities proposed that start-up enterprises that are registered in the Dongguan Songshan Hu High-tech Zone for 5 to 10 years, with at least 25% of shares held by Hong Kong and Macao individuals, and with the operational capabilities in areas such as investment promotion, management and services, are eligible to apply for a development effectiveness reward. A one-off reward of RMB1 million will be granted to enterprises that pass the evaluation.
