Notice of Issuing “Work Plan for Promoting Stable Growth of Foreign Trade in Dongguan Municipality” (Dong Shang Wu [2025] No. 9)

On 12 April 2025, the Dongguan Municipal Bureau of Commerce (“the authorities”) issued the “Notice of Issuing “Work Plan for Promoting Stable Growth of Foreign Trade in Dongguan Municipality”” (“the Measures”). The authorities announced to encourage enterprises to improve core competitiveness and resilience against risks by benchmarking against the standards of high-quality enterprises, and to provide a one-time reward of up to RMB 3 million to recognized national-level manufacturing sector single champion enterprises. The Plan shall be valid for 3 years.
