Notice of Issuing Several Measures for Accelerating the High-quality Development of High-end Professional Service Industry in Guangzhou Municipal Tianhe District (Sui Tian Fa Gai Gui Zi [2025] No. 1)

On 24 April 2025, the Development and Reform Bureau of Tianhe District of Guangzhou Municipality and five other Departments (“the authorities”) issued the “Notice of Issuing Several Measures for Accelerating the High-quality Development of High-end Professional Service Industry in Guangzhou Municipal Tianhe District (“the Measures”). The authorities announced that legal services, accounting, audit and tax services enterprises whose annual revenue exceeds RMB 100 million, RMB 500 million, RMB 1 billion and RMB 2 billion for the first time, shall be provided with one-off support of RMB 100,000, RMB 300,000, RMB 500,000 and RMB 2 million, respectively. These Measures shall be effective until 31 December 2026.
