Notice of Issuing Several Measures for Accelerating the Transformation and Upgrading of Cultivating Individual Industrial and Commercial Households and Small and Micro-sized Enterprises in Guangzhou Municipal Tianhe District (Sui Tian Fa Gai Gui Zi [2025] No. 2)

On 24 April 2025, the Development and Reform Bureau of Tianhe District of Guangzhou Municipality and six other Departments (“the authorities”) issued the “Notice of Issuing Several Measures for Accelerating the Transformation and Upgrading of Cultivating Individual Industrial and Commercial Households and Small and Micro-sized Enterprises in Guangzhou Municipal Tianhe District” (“the Measures”). The authorities announced a support of RMB 20,000 shall be provided to individual industrial and commercial households who meet the enterprise standards for food and beverage industry, business services industry, scientific research and technical services industry for the first time during the current year. These Measures shall be effective until 31 December 2026.
