The State Administration for Market Regulation, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security and the State Taxation Administration (“the authorities”) issued the “Notice in relation to Guiding Opinions on Promoting the Efficient Registration of Business Relocation by “One Deed”” (“the Notice”) on 30 April 2025. The authorities proposed to optimize the service for employment and social security information update. The human resources and social security departments at the destination will handle the social insurance registrations of enterprises based on the relocation information and remind enterprise to timely register their employees for employment and social insurance.
