On 8 May 2025, Office of Financial Commission of the CPC Committee of Shenzhen Municipality and China Securities Regulatory Commission (“the authorities”) issued the “Notice of Issuing “Notice of Issuing “Action Plan for the Establishment of the Industrial Financial Centre by Leveraging the Capital Market in Shenzhen Municipality (2025-2026)”” (“the Measures”). The authorities announced to support domestic and foreign accounting firms, law firms, asset appraisal organizations and other high-quality professional services organizations to settle in Shenzhen Municipality.
