Notice of Issuing Implementation Rules for Supporting the Development of Digitalization for the Manufacturing Industry in Huadu District (Hua Ke Gong Xin Gui Zi [2025] No. 1)

On 15 May 2025, the Science, Industry, and Information Technology Bureau of Huadu District of Guangzhou Municipality (“the authorities”) issued the “Notice of Issuing “Notice of Issuing Implementation Rules for Supporting the Development of Digitalization for the Manufacturing Industry in Huadu District” (“the Measures”). The authorities announced that enterprises or organizations that meet the conditions for the declaration of self-developed research and development projects for basic and industrial software shall be provided with a one-off reward based on 20% of the actual sales proceeds in the current year, with a maximum of RMB 200,000. These Measures shall be valid for 3 years.
