Notice of Issuing Several Measures for Supporting the High-quality Development of Green Petrochemical and New Material Industry in Guangzhou Development Zone, Huangpu District (Sui Kai Jing Xin Gui Zi [2025] No. 2)

On 19 May 2025, the Guangzhou Development Zone Economy and Information Technology Bureau, the Guangzhou Municipal Huangpu District Industry and Information Technology Bureau (“the authorities”) issued the “Notice of Issuing Several Measures for Supporting the High-quality Development of Green Petrochemical and New Material Industry in Guangzhou Development Zone, Huangpu District” (“the Measures”). The authorities announced that each year, a fiscal fund of not exceeding RMB 5 million, shall be provided as financial support and allocated to a selected batch of high-quality small and medium-sized enterprises that have made outstanding contributions to enhancing industrial competitiveness and increasing industrial clusters. These Measures shall be effective until 18 May 2028.
