Notice in relation to “Interim Measures for Talent Housing in Pengjiang District of Jiangmen Municipality”

The People’s Government of Pengjiang District of Jiangmen Municipality (“the authorities”) issued the “Notice in relation to “Interim Measures for Talent Housing in Pengjiang District of Jiangmen Municipality” (“the Notice”) on 20 May 2025. The authorities proposed that individuals who are employed in Pengjiang District, have signed a full-time employment contract with employers for over one year, and legally contribute social insurance are eligible to apply for talent housing allocation. The Notice is effective from 20 May 2025 and remain valid till 19 May 2028.
