On 23 May 2025, the Zhuhai Industry and Information Technology Bureau (“the authorities”) issued the “Notice of Issuing “Several Measures for Promoting the High-quality Development of Artificial Intelligence and Robotics Industry in Zhuhai Municipality”” (“the Measures”). The authorities announced that an award of up to RMB 1.8 million and RMB 1 million shall be provided to newly recognized national-level single champions and specialized and new “Small Giant” enterprises, respectively, in the fields of artificial intelligence and robotics. These Measures shall be effective until 31 December 2027.
