On 28 May 2025, the Dongguan Municipal Bureau of Commerce (“the authorities”) issued the “Notice of Issuing “Administrative Measures for the Commercial High-quality Development of Special Funds in Dongguan Municipality”” (“the Measures”). The authorities announced supporting the acceleration in the development of digital trade, building a green trade system, and supporting the integrated development of new business modes such as cross-border e-commerce and market procurement. These Measures shall be effective until 31 December 2027.
