The Office of the People’s Government of Xinhui District (“the authorities”) issued the “Notice in relation to “Implementation Rules for the Ten Measures on Promoting the Development of ‘Kuaixiang Talent’ in Xinhui District”” (“the Notice”) on 28 May 2025. The authorities proposed that professional technical personnels who obtain senior titles while working in enterprises of Xinhui District and have contributed social insurance in Xinhui District are eligible for promotion subsidies. A subsidy of RMB50,000 will be granted for individuals promoted to senior titles and RMB20,000 will be awarded to individuals promoted to associate senior titles.
