The General Office of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (“the authorities”) issued the “Notice in relation to Conducting the Training for Leading Talents in Business Management in Small and Medium-sized Enterprises in 2025” (“the Notice”) on 29 May 2025. The authorities proposed to train a minimum of 800 leading talents in business management for small and medium-sized enterprises in 2025, with a total of nine intensive training sessions, each lasting four days. The training costs will be fully subsidized by the government and participants will attend the training free of charge.
