The Human Resources and Social Security Bureau of Nansha District of Guangzhou Municipality (“the authorities”) issued the “Notice in relation to Adjusting the Application Guidelines of Nansha Talent Card” (“the Notice”) on 4 June 2025. The authorities proposed that newly recruited talents with materials such as an employment notification, tripartite agreement, or employment contract are eligible to apply for the Nansha Talent Card. Additionally, individuals who have participated in urban employee social insurance in Nansha District are not required to provide proof of employment relationship.
