On 6 June 2025, the Office of the People's Government of Foshan Municipality (“the authorities”) issued the “Notice of Issuing Action Plan for Promoting the Deep Integration of Manufacturing and Producer Services in Foshan Municipality” (“the Measures”). The authorities announced to improve transportation infrastructure, build a well-connected, convenient and efficient transportation network linking external and internal routes, and encourage the further development and mature operation of new logistics models such as the “combined port” and “one-port-link”.
