On 8 June 2025, the Office of the Guangzhou Nansha District Administrative Committee (“the authorities”) issued the “Notice of Issuing Support Measures for Promoting the Development of Foreign-invested Enterprises in Guangzhou Municipal Nansha District (2025 Revision)” (“the Measures”). The authorities announced that foreign-invested enterprises that launched operation in the Nansha district for the first time during 2022 to 2024, with an actual annual foreign capital utilized amount exceeding USD 1 million shall be rewarded at a rate of 1% of actual foreign capital utilized during the year. These Measures shall be effective until 23 August 2025.
