On 12 June 2025, the Management Committee of Guangzhou Development Zone and the People’s Government of Huangpu District of Guangzhou Municipality (“the authorities”) issued the “Notice of Issuing Several Measures for Accelerating the Development of Intelligent Construction and Industrialized Architecture in Guangzhou Development Zone (Huangpu District)” (“the Measures”). The authorities announced that enterprises undergoing intelligent transformation shall be provided with financial support of up to RMB 2 million on a proportional basis. These Measures shall be effective until 12 June 2028.
