The Zhuhai Municipal Civil Affairs Bureau (“the authorities”) issued the “Notice in relation to Adjusting the Minimum Living Allowance Standards for Urban and Rural Residents and the Basic Living Standards for Special Support Individuals in Zhuhai Municipality for 2025” (“the Notice”) on 13 June 2025. The authorities proposed that the minimum living allowance for urban and rural residents is adjusted to RMB1,260 per person per month, and the basic living allowance for special support individuals is adjusted to RMB2,016 per person per month. The Notice is effective until 1 June 2026.
