On 17 June 2025, the Zhuhai High-tech Developmental Zone Science and Technology Innovation and Industry Development Bureau (“the authorities”) issued the “Ten Measures for Promoting High-quality Development of the Semiconductor and Integrated Circuit Industry in Zhuhai High-and-New Technology Zone” (“the Measures”). The authorities announced that large-scale semiconductor and integrated circuit enterprises purchasing production and office factory building in the High-and-New Technology Zone shall be provided with subsidy based on the lowest actual purchase price as the base amount, with a maximum subsidy of 20% of the base amount, and total subsidy shall not exceed RMB 2 million for each enterprise. These Measures shall be effective until 31 December 2028.
