On 26 June 2025, the Development and Reform Bureau of Guangzhou Development Zone and the Development and Reform Bureau of Guangzhou Municipal Huangpu District (“the authorities”) issued the “Notice of Issuing Several Measures to Promote the High-quality Development of the Low-altitude Economy and Aerospace Industry in Guangzhou Development Zone (Huangpu District)” (“the Measures”). The authorities announced that a subsidy of up to RMB 10 million shall be provided in batches to the introduced enterprises based on the paid-in registered capital and the amount of actual fixed asset invested. These Measure shall be valid for 3 years.
