The General Office of the People’s Government of Jiangmen Municipality (“the authorities”) issued the “Notice in relation to Action Plan for the High-quality Development of Health and Elderly Care Services in Jiangmen Municipality (2025-2027)” (“the Notice”) on 26 June 2025. The authorities proposed that by the end of 2025, a moderately sustainable health and elderly care service system should be essentially established. From 2025 to 2027, the goal is to achieve an annual growth rate of no less than 5% in the operating revenue of the elderly care service industry in Jiangmen Municipality.
