On 30 June 2025, the Office of the Financial Committee of the Dongguan Municipal Committee of the Chinese Communist Party (“the authorities”) issued the “Notice of Issuing Several Measures for Facilitating the High-quality Development of Empowering Enterprises Through Financing” (“the Measures”). The authorities announced to accelerate the establishment of the Songshan Lake Science and Technology Financial Cluster and to support Songshan Lake to introduce policies to promote the development of venture capital investments.
