On 2 July 2025, the Guangzhou Municipal Development and Reform Bureau (“the authorities”) issued the “Notice of Issuing Administrative Measures of Supporting the Development Funds of Hydrogen Energy Industry” (“the Measures”). The authorities announced that each innovation consortium approved through the project evaluation organized by the Guangzhou Development and Reform Commission shall be provided with a subsidy of RMB 20 million. These Measures shall be valid for 3 years.
