On 4 July 2025, the Shenzhen Municipal Bureau of Commerce (“the authorities”) issued the “Notice of Issuing “Implementation Rules of “Several Measures for Promoting the Accelerated Development of E-commerce in Shenzhen Municipality””” (“the Measures”). The authorities announced that eligible trade platform enterprises and business service platform enterprises shall be provided with a reward based on 0.5% of annual revenue growth rate over the previous year, and each enterprise shall be provided with a maximum reward of RMB 3 million. These Rules shall be valid for 3 years.
