On 7 July 2025, the National Development and Reform Commission and six other departments (“the authorities”) issued the “Notice of Implementing Various Measures for Encouraging Domestic Reinvestment of Foreign-invested Enterprises” (“the Measures”). The authorities announced that eligible domestic reinvestment projects of foreign-invested enterprises may be included in the list of major and key foreign investment projects and enjoy corresponding support policies.
