On 10 July 2025, the General Office of the People’s Government of Jiangmen Municipality (“the authorities”) issued the “Notice of Issuing Implementation Plan for Building a First-class Business Environment in Jiangmen Municipality (2025 Edition)” (“the Measures”). The authorities announced to primarily support specialised and new small enterprises, high-tech enterprises, start-ups and innovative enterprises that grasp key core technologies, to raise funds through public listing on the Science and Technology Innovation Board and ChiNext Market.
