The Human Resources Bureau of Longhua District of Shenzhen Municipality (“the authorities”) issued the “Notice in relation to “Implementation Measures for Outstanding Youth Talent Gathering Program in Digital Economy in the Longhua District of Shenzhen Municipality” (“the Notice”) on 17 July 2025. The authorities proposed to encourage outstanding young talents to develop in Longhua District and offer a one-off household registration subsidy of RMB30,000 for eligible bachelor’s degree graduates and RMB50,000 for master’s degree graduates. Applicants must sign a labour contract of three years or more with an enterprise in Longhua District and contribute individual income tax and social insurance for at least three consecutive months in the district. The Notice is effective on 16 August 2025 and will be valid for 5 years.
