The Human Resources Bureau of Longhua District of Shenzhen Municipality (“the authorities”) issued the “Notice in relation to “Administrative Measures for Introducing and Training High-level Digital Economy Talents in the Longhua District of Shenzhen Municipality” (“the Notice”) on 17 July 2025. The authorities proposed that individuals who work full-time in Longhua District, have signed a labour contract of three years or more with an enterprise in the district, engage in areas that align with key industrial directions of Longhua District, and have possessed high levels of technical skills and professional qualifications are eligible for recognition as high-level talents in the Longhua District. The Notice is effective on 16 August 2025 and will be valid for 5 years.
