On 21 July 2025, the Development and Reform Bureau of Guangzhou Development Zone and the Development and Reform Bureau of Guangzhou Municipal Huangpu District (“the authorities”) issued the “Notice of Issuing Various Measures for Promoting High-quality Development of New Energy Industry and Energy Conservation and Environmental Protection Sector in the Guangzhou Development Zone and Guangzhou Municipal Huangpu District” (“the Measures”). The authorities announced that a one-off reward of up to RMB 500,000 and RMB 200,000 shall be provided to those awarded with national and provincial green industrial park titles, respectively. These Measures shall be effective until 20 July 2028.
