On 23 July 2025, the Dongguan Municipal Bureau of Commerce (“the authorities”) issued the “Notice of Issuing “Application Guidelines for Supporting the Integrated High-quality Development of Domestic and Foreign Trade in Dongguan Municipality (2025)”” (“the Measures”). The authorities announced that a support of 50% of the total cost of the cross-border e-commerce products and service purchased and used, such as cross-border payments and cross-border logistics shall be provided to enterprises participating in cross-border e-commerce digital trade demonstration project in Dongguan Municipality, with a maximum support of RMB 1 million per enterprise. The supporting period is from 1 January 2025 to 31 December 2025.
