On 30 July 2025, the Investment Promotion Bureau of Shenzhen Municipality (“the authorities”) issued the “Notice in relation to Launching the Recognition and Application for the 10th Batch of Multinational Headquarters Enterprises in Shenzhen Municipality” (“the Measures”). The authorities announced that eligible multinational corporations from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan region may establish headquarters enterprises in Shenzhen Municipality in accordance with the application guidelines in the respective jurisdictions. The application period is from 1 August 2025 to 30 August 2025.
