On 8 August 2025, the Foshan High-Tech Industrial Development Zone Management Committee (“the authorities”) issued the “Notice of Issuing “Administrative Measures in relation to the Recognition of New Species Enterprises by the Foshan High-Tech Industrial Development Zone Management Committee”” (“the Measures”). The authorities announced that recognized enterprises shall be included in the Foshan High-tech Zone new species enterprises cultivation pool and enjoy corresponding policy support in Foshan Municipality. These Measures shall be effective from 15 September 2025 and valid for 5 years.
