The Human Resources and Social Security Bureau of Foshan Municipality (“the authorities”) issued the “Notice in relation to Revising the ‘Implementation Measures for the Municipal-level Subsidy Program for the Vocational Skills Upgrading Action in Foshan Municipality’” (“the Notice”) on 14 August 2025. The authorities proposed to cultivate high-skilled talents and provide a one-time construction subsidy of up to RMB300,000 to units recognized as “Foshan Municipal High-skilled Talent Training Bases”. Additionally, units recognized as “Foshan Municipal Skilled Master Studios” are eligible to receive a one-time construction subsidy of up to RMB150,000.
