Since 2018, the Leisure and Cultural Services Department (LCSD) has been collaborating with major venue operators and the municipal governments of other GBA cities to support Hong Kong arts groups and artists in staging their performances in the region. This initiative leverages the significant opportunities brought by the rapid development of the GBA to create new avenues for collaboration for Hong Kong artists and to continuously foster and deepen cultural exchanges within the region.
