Since the establishment of the Shenzhen Branch of the Hong Kong Science Park, the Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks Corporation (HKSTPC) has developed a series of GBA talent initiatives that aim to provide an exchange platform for the Innovation and Technology (I&T) talent in the GBA and Hong Kong, including career exploration events organised at both the Hong Kong Science Park (HKSP) and HKSP (Shenzhen Branch), visit programmes for Hong Kong talents to experience GBA and exchange activities for talents of the GBA at HKSP. Through these initiatives, HKSTPC promotes talent mobility and exchange in the I&T ecosystem in both regions, and encourages talents to explore I&T opportunities in the GBA.
