The HKSAR Government has been actively promoting the exchange and co-operation with the relevant organisations of the GBA and the Mainland in respect of Chinese medicines testing and research on reference standards. The Government Chinese Medicines Testing Institute is taking forward a number of projects in the scientific research on and testing of Chinese medicines, and participating in the National Survey on Chinese Materia Medica Resources.
