The Hetao Hong Kong Park (also known as Hong Kong-Shenzhen Innovation and Technology Park or HSITP), which is located in the Loop in the northern part of Hong Kong, covers 87 hectares of land and will be developed in two phases from west to east. With a total floor area of about 1 million square metres, Phase 1 of the Park will be divided into different functional areas, mainly the “Life and Health Technology Area”, the “Artificial Intelligence and Data Science Area” and the “New Technology and Advanced Manufacturing Area”. At the same time, there will be talent accommodation areas, commercial and ancillary facilities, etc. to build a diversified innovation and technology ecosystem. The HSITP Limited is undertaking detailed planning for Phase 2.
