“iAM Smart” Platform

Through the “iAM Smart” platform, Hong Kong residents in the GBA can log in and enjoy various online services provided by the HKSAR Government as well as public and private organisations with a single electronic identity authentication in a simple and secure manner. Users can complete the required processes online without the hassle to return to Hong Kong and visit respective offices in person, which brings convenience to their daily lives.

The connection between “iAM Smart” and the Unified Identity Authentication Platform of Guangdong Province has been established. “iAM Smart” users can directly log in to the Guangdong Government Service Network and the “Yue Sheng Shi” mobile app through “iAM Smart” to use various Guangdong Province’s public services in a convenient and efficient manner. Self-registration kiosks are also installed in several Mainland cities in the GBA progressively to facilitate Hong Kong citizens who reside or work in the GBA to register for and use “iAM Smart”.
