International Legal and Dispute Resolution Services Centre in the Asia-Pacific Region
National policies such as the 14th Five-Year Plan and the Outline Development Plan for the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area support Hong Kong’s positioning as a centre for international legal and dispute resolution services in the Asia-Pacific region. The HKSAR Government will continue to enhance collaboration with the Mainland on judicial co-operation in civil and commercial matters, strengthen international and regional legal co-operation, and enhance Hong Kong’s competitiveness as a centre for international legal and dispute resolution services in the Asia-Pacific region.
