The HKSAR Government promulgated the Action Plan on Modern Logistics Development in 2023, which sets out the future development directions for Hong Kong’s logistics industry, and puts forward the strategy for strengthening collaboration within the GBA, through enhancing multimodal transport measures, making good use of the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge, as well as encouraging the trade to collaborate with other cities in the GBA in formulating management standards for logistics services for high-value goods such as cold-chain and pharmaceutical products, thereby increasing the connectivity within and outside the GBA.
