Hong Kong legal practitioners having accumulated legal practice experience of three years or above and satisfying other requirements are allowed to provide legal services in the nine Mainland municipalities of the GBA on certain civil and commercial legal matters (including litigation and non-litigation matters) to which the Mainland laws apply, after passing the GBA Legal Professional Examination and obtaining the Lawyer’s License (Guangdong-Hongkong-Macao Greater Bay Area).
