Arbitration Services - Establishing a Panel of Greater Bay Area Arbitrators
To promote the sharing of arbitration talents in the GBA, the legal departments of Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao endorsed the “Working Guidelines on the Panel of GBA Arbitrators” at the 6th Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao GBA Legal Departments Joint Conference to work out the mechanism of setting up the Panel of GBA Arbitrators. The three places will commence their respective local nomination and selection procedures for arbitrators, endeavouring to announce the first batch of GBA arbitrators within 2025.
