The Deal-Making Portal as well as the online mediation and arbitration platforms of eBRAM International Online Dispute Resolution Centre (eBRAM) are equipped with advanced technology and provide enterprises with a more secure and convenient means to conduct cross-boundary business transactions and resolve disputes. eBRAM’s GBA Online Collaborative Platform also provides the general public with one-stop information on dispute resolution services in the GBA. At the same time, the AALCO Hong Kong Regional Arbitration Centre also promotes and provides online dispute resolution services.
