The Office conducts meetings and exchanges with various stakeholders on a regular basis, including chambers of commerce and professional bodies, to elucidate the latest work of the Office, and the progress of HKSAR Government’s efforts in taking forward Greater Bay Area development.

During this period, the Commissioner, Ms Maisie Chan, met with the representatives of the Hong Kong SME Development Federation, Guangdong’s COSBER Technology Co., Ltd., the Chairman of Hong Kong Productivity Council, and a Member of the Standing Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Guangzhou Municipal Committee and Secretary of the CPC Nansha District Committee, etc. In addition, the Assistant Commissioner, Miss Cathy Li, and the Consultant, Mr Albert Tang, met with the Secretary-General of Indonesian Intellectual Property Attorneys Association and representatives of the Zhuhai Municipal Government respectively.

Representatives of the Office also attended various events, such as the Outstanding ESG Enterprises Recognition Scheme cum Sustainable Development Forum 2024, Hong Kong Legal Week 2024 – Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Lawyers Exchange Reception, and the Office for Attracting Strategic Enterprises Partnership Signing Ceremony, etc.

The Assistant Commissioner, Miss Cathy Li (first row, fourth right), attended the Outstanding ESG Enterprises Recognition Scheme cum Sustainable Development Forum 2024 on 4 November.

The Under Secretary for Constitutional and Mainland Affairs (USCMA), Mr Clement Woo, and the Assistant Commissioner, Miss Cathy Li, met with the Secretary-General of International Institute for the Unification of Private Law, Mr Ignacio Tirado, on 5 November.

The Former Deputy Commissioner, Mr Benjamin Mok (third right), attended Hong Kong Legal Week 2024 – Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Lawyers Exchange Reception on 7 November.

The Commissioner, Ms Maisie Chan (third left), attended the Office for Attracting Strategic Enterprises Partnership Signing Ceremony on 11 November.

The Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Consultant, Mr Albert Tang (ninth right), met with representatives of the Zhuhai Municipal Government on 20 November.

The Commissioner, Ms Maisie Chan (second row, fifth left), congratulated the graduates of Lingnan Culture – Fengcheng Dim Sum Training Programme on 22 November.

The Commissioner, Ms Maisie Chan (second left), attended the 2024 National and Greater Bay Area KamCha Competition (Hong Kong Milk Tea) – Final in Guangzhou as an officiating guest and a judge on 28 November, promoting Hong Kong’s intangible cultural heritage in the Greater Bay Area.

The USCMA, Mr Clement Woo (second left), attended the opening ceremony of the 12th Convention of Dongguan and Bao’an Communities cum celebration of the 21st anniversary of the Federation of Hong Kong Shenzhen Associations organised by the Federation of Hong Kong Shenzhen Associations on 30 November.
