The Symposium on the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area co-organised by the governments of Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao was held in Tokyo, Japan. This was the first joint overseas promotion event by the three governments after the promulgation of the Outline Development Plan in which leaders of the three places introduced the content of the Outline Development Plan and the development prospects. It was hoped that the event would enhance the interest of various sectors in Japan in participating in the development of the Greater Bay Area. Over 1 000 executives and leaders from various sectors attended.
The Symposium on the Outline Development Plan for the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area co-organised by the governments of Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao to introduce the contents of the Outline Development Plan and explore the development opportunities of the Greater Bay Area was held in Hong Kong. Around 800 guests, representing relevant central ministries and various sectors of Hong Kong, Guangdong and Macao, attended the symposium. More than 1000 guests joined the event.
