The "Notice on Adjustment for Housing Provident Funds 2018-2019" requires Housing Provident Fund ("HPF") units (ie. employers) to complete their adjustment for 2018-2019 from 1 July 2018 to 31 December 2018. Employers facing difficulties in making HPF payments can lodge an application to lower the payment ratio (less than 5%) or holdover, and repay the remaining amount upon revival of the company's business.
