Science and technology experts from Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macao who have worked for more than 1 year in the Mainland are eligible to apply for the "Ten Thousand Talents Plan". Successful applicants will be given financial support from the government in areas of research funding, hiring of talents, scientific research management and production and operating activities.
