The General Office of the People's Government of Guangdong Province has published the "Implementation Measures for Advancing the Collaborative Development of E-commerce and Express Delivery Logistics in Guangdong Province" ("the Measures") and requested local government within the Guangdong Province to implement the Measures. In particular, the Measures aim to strengthen express delivery logistics in Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao, cross-border cooperation, promote convenience for cross-border e-commerce and improve the capability of logistics services. The Measures aim for goods across all regions within the province including Hong Kong and Macao to be delivered within 24 hours.
